Return Policy for Broken or Defective Items
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the left side of the website.
Most large items are shipped by common carrier and
delivered by a trucking company. You will be contacted by phone, from the
shipping company, to set up an approximate delivery time. Your order will be
shipped and delivered to your door/driveway or curbside by the truck driver.
The driver is responsible to move the items to the rear of the truck only. You
will be responsible to move the items to ground level and into your residence
or your building. The driver may, at his or her option, assist with the
delivery at your request. You will be informed of the total weight of your
shipment and the weight of each piece being shipped. Please be sure you have
two or more people who can assist with the delivery. We use the largest and
well known carriers to assure your delivery is made in a safe and timely
manner; however we are not responsible for delays in transit, freight company
employee conduct, missed delivery appointments or damage to customer’s
premises. We have no control over the transportation companies; therefore we
will not accept returns or cancellations due to delays by the transportation

Return Policy for Non-Defective, Non-Broken Items
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.
If a customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
